Terms of Service

PtoUI is a Generative UI tool that turns prompts into interactive HTML demos. The service is currently in trial phase: free to the public with daily usage limits.

You must be 13 or older. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Sign-in is via Google OAuth or email magic link — no password. Keep your email account secure. Activity under your account is treated as your own.

You may not use PtoUI to generate or distribute: illegal content, content that incites violence/hate/terrorism, sexual content involving minors, content that infringes IP, harassment, misinformation, or malicious code (phishing, miners, ransomware).

You may not circumvent daily quotas via automation, scrape, stress-test, or perform DoS attacks.

We may suspend or ban accounts violating these rules at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Your prompts: yours.

Generated HTML: yours to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize. Note that AI output may resemble other generations — uniqueness is not guaranteed and the output is not a substitute for legal originality assessment.

We reserve the right to analyze anonymized aggregate usage to improve the product (your specific prompts are never published).

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Generative UI may produce inaccurate or misleading results, especially on factual or specialized topics. Verify before relying on output. We are not liable for losses arising from such reliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our cumulative liability is capped at fees paid by you in the prior 12 months (currently zero — service is free).

The service depends on Google Gemini, Supabase, Vercel, and Google Analytics. Their availability is subject to their own terms.

Currently free: 1 generation/day anonymous, 2/day signed-in. Quotas may change as the service evolves. If we introduce paid plans, existing users will get 30 days notice.

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may also discontinue the service for maintenance, merger, or product reasons; we'll provide reasonable notice and a data-export window where feasible.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced on the site and emailed to signed-in users; continued use means acceptance.

These terms are not bound to a specific jurisdiction. Disputes should be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
